Welcome to Pura Vida Charcuterie! By placing an order through our website, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Availability

All charcuterie board orders require at least 72 hours’ notice, and catering orders require a minimum of 5 days’ notice. Submitting an order request does not guarantee fulfillment until it has been confirmed via email or text.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order based on availability, delivery area, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upon order confirmation. We accept payments via Square, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card]. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Custom orders or large catering events may require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Charcuterie boards: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery may receive a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • Catering/graze tables: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled order.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

4. Allergies & Food Safety

Our boards may contain or come into contact with allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and others. It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies when ordering. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

All products should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery/pickup if left unrefrigerated, and within 24 hours if stored properly in the refrigerator. Pura Vida Charcuterie is not responsible for food after delivery/pickup.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We offer local pickup in Ferndale, WA, and delivery within Whatcom County (delivery fees may apply). Delivery times will be confirmed prior to the event. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, and text—is the property of Pura Vida Charcuterie and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
